Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Davies-develop LTD (“Company”). By engaging with our services or making payments through our invoicing and checkout system, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refund Request PeriodRefunds can only be initiated within 7 (seven) days from the official project start date. After this period, payments are considered non-refundable.
  2. Written Request RequirementRefunds must be requested via a formal written request submitted to our official email: info@davies-develop.online. The request must include:
    • Client’s full name and company (if applicable)
    • Service package purchased
    • Invoice number and payment details
    • A clear explanation of the reason for requesting a refund
  3. Approval ProcessEach request will be reviewed carefully to ensure it complies with this policy. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Payment Methods

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. The Company accepts:

  • SEPA transfers
  • International wire transfers
  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Direct website checkout (coming soon)

Refunds, once approved, will be issued via the same method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility period
  • Services that have been substantially completed or delivered
  • Failure to provide a written request with the required details
  • Ongoing subscription or support services once the billing cycle has begun

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • You must notify the Company in writing before the next billing cycle begins.
  • Cancellations for ongoing subscription or support services will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle once payment has been processed, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
